About Us

The Azure ONE Group was established by Marius and Franni Vivier as a merger between their businesses as they saw the need for custom online platforms and keeping up with international online business trends. This multi-disciplined group is based in Hermanus in the Western Cape of South Africa and offers an array of well selected products and services.

Franni Vivier started EventsONE in 2013 and she is renowned for highly successful corporate events for more than 20 years in the Healthcare Industry and has vast national and international experience. EventsONE expanded over the last few years, by adding Corporate Clothing and Gifting to their existing basket of services and products offered. To date this division has grown extensively.

Marius Vivier started CMC Software in 2012. He is a successful businessman and entrepreneur with a wealth of experience and skills in property financial services & project management. He will offer the clients of the Azure ONE Group various customised web-based software packages.

The Azure ONE Group has a level 4 BB-BEE rating.

The board of directors consists of:

  • Franni Vivier (Managing Director)
Franni Vivier was previously employed (14 years) by a leading pharmaceutical company in South Africa, as Events Manager. She is also a registered pharmacist and thus able to advise groups travelling on the correct prophylaxis to be taken when travelling to certain regions within South Africa and abroad.
  • Marius Vivier (Director)
Marius Vivier Vivier is the founder of the CMC Group, established in 1997 and has served as a director of many companies with 16 years’ experience in the Corporate market and 22 years’ multi-discipline experience in the private sector and property related financial services. He saw the need for technology with many of his clients and over the last 6 years he was instrumental in the creation of various customised software programs and will continue to drive this side of the groups business, with existing packages and the development of new software according to client’s needs.
